Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) with donor sperm

With Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), we place the sperm we select from an anonymous donor into the uterus, respecting the natural environment of the gametes as much as possible. In order to increase the chances of pregnancy, we hormonally stimulate the ovaries and monitor ovulation to determine the best time to perform the insemination and increase the chances of the egg being fertilised.

IVF with your own eggs and sperm from a donor

With in vitro fertilisation we extract and fertilize the eggs with the sperm of an anonymous donor. The sample has the optimal conditions of quality and quantity of sperm, since it comes from a healthy donor. IVF using your own eggs and donor sperm offers a certified pregnancy success rate of up to 71%.

The first step in a double donation treatment is to select the donors. At Eugin, we base our selection on a greater physical resemblance to you and carry out a genetic matching between them in order to rule out more than 300 genetic diseases. This first step is key when seeking pregnancy through egg and sperm donation, as it involves carrying out a clinical and genetic study, as well as a physical matching with you. This treatment has a certified probability of pregnancy of up to 98% in three complete cycle attempts.

Embryo donation

Embryo donation is the transfer of donated embryos from women or couples who, after undergoing assisted reproduction treatments, have decided to donate them to other patients. The probability of pregnancy is 35%.
