About four thousand people visited the fair, which featured more than 90 exhibitors and brought to an end the celebration of the National Fertility Awareness Week
Last weekend, the Olympia Exhibition Centre in London hosted The Fertility Show. The fair, which was open on Saturday and Sunday, was attended by around four thousand people all of whom were interested in fertility issues. Among the 94 exhibitors was Eugin Clinic, who informed over one hundred women about their options of achieving pregnancy by assisted reproduction treatments.
Medical consultation in situ
From the Eugin Clinic stand, Dr. Andreas Abraham provided information to all the women and couples who called by – around a thousand – about their medical diagnosis relating to their chances of getting pregnant. Also present alongside Dr. Abraham were Anna Holloway and Mirian Gonzalo, both of whom are members of the Eugin Clinic Patient Care team.
Clinics, laboratories, charities
Along with Eugin at the fair were a dozen Spanish fertility clinics, as well as British and other clinics from all over the world. The event was also attended by pharmaceutical laboratories, nutritional advisors, charities, support groups, the media and adoption agencies, among others.
The celebration of The Fertility Show concludes the National Fertility Awareness Week, held from October 27 to November 2 with events across the UK, with the triple aim of changing the conversation and getting more people talking about fertility issues, as well as to explain what options exist for people struggling to conceive and highlight the extent and impact infertility has on people’s lives.
