Dr. Sílvia Agramunt

She is currently a consultant gynaecologist at Eugin and specialises in minimally invasive gynaecological surgery with a special focus on women with reproductive problems, endometriosis and fertility preservation. She also possesses extensive experience in uterine cavity surgery (hysteroscopy), laparoscopic myomectomy and a laparoscopic approach to endometriosis. She is co-owner of the Sabadell Institut de la Dona and also combines her professional work with teaching as an associate lecturer at the UPF University, as part of her work as an associate at the Gynaecological Pathology Section at the Hospital del Mar. She is the author of several articles in highly respected national and international scientific journals. She has participated in national and international congresses, courses and seminars. She received the award for the best paper on Reproductive Medicine at the 6th congress of the Catalan Society of Gynaecology and Obstetrics (Societat Catalana de Giencologia i Obstetrícia). She is also a member of the Catalan Society of Gynaecology and Obstetrics (SCOG), the American Association for Gynecologic Laparoscopy (AAGL), the Spanish Society of Gynaecology and Obstetrics (SEGO), as well as the International Gynecologic Cancer Society (IGCS) and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
