Gemma López

Gemma has developed her professional career as a biologist in the Andrology and In Vitro Fertilization laboratory at CIRH (Eugin Group) since 2005. During this period, she has performed the laboratory's own techniques and has also acquired fundamental skills in direct patient care and handling complex clinical cases. In 2023, she joined the Reproductive Genetics Unit of the group to provide support in managing clinical cases that require the intervention of a multidisciplinary team specialized in genetics. She is a member of the Genetics and Andrology Interest Groups at ASEBIR, and serves as secretary of the latter group, with which she has carried out several dissemination and training projects for embryologists. She has also participated as a lecturer in the Master's program in Human Reproductive Medicine offered by the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). She is the author of several publications in national and international journals and has participated as a speaker at international congresses.
